Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable. In some locations, customers may be required to self-ship the product as instructed by our team.
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Approval of return or exchange is subject to passing this quality check.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos for quick resolution.
